In 2025, Kibondeni College and Hyatt Regency Nairobi signed a landmark partnership agreement with a singular goal: to cultivate the next generation of elite hospitality leaders. This collaboration birthed the L.E.A.P. (Learn, Evolve, Aspire, Perform) program: a six-month immersive industrial training and mentorship journey.
A Milestone Date: February 20, 2026
Last week, that vision reached its first major milestone.
We are incredibly proud to celebrate the graduation of our inaugural cohort at the Hyatt Regency. Among the graduates were three standout professionals from our final Diploma class:
Beth Anita (Food & Beverage Service)
Diana Aoko (Culinary/Kitchen)
Mercy Cheres (Housekeeping & Laundry)
While their Kibondeni training provided a comprehensive all-round foundation, the L.E.A.P. program allowed them to spend half a year specializing in their chosen fields.
The Future of Partnership
The success of Beth, Diana, and Mercy is a testament to the discipline and technical proficiency we instill. As we move forward with our NITA-certified programs, Kibondeni College continues to be the premier talent pipeline for hospitality brands seeking world-class professionals.
