Visit for a Walk-in Interview
Interviews are held every weekday (Monday – Friday) starting at 8:00 a.m. at our campus off Waiyaki Way/James Gichuru Road, Nairobi.

Present Your Documents (Verification)
Our admissions team will verify your credentials on the spot. You must bring:
Academic Proof: Original and 2 copies of your KCSE result slip or certificate.
Identity: Original and 2 copies of your National ID (or Birth Certificate).
Photos: 2 recent passport-size photographs.
Personal Suitability Interview
You will have a brief conversation with a faculty member to assess your interest in hospitality management, food production, or housekeeping. This is your chance to ask about our dual training system in top Nairobi hotels.
Admission Decision
In most cases, you will receive your Admission Letter in a few days. This letter will specify your course, your reporting date, and your specialized equipment requirements (e.g.,uniform ).
Once you have received your admission letter, you are officially ready to start your journey at Kibondeni, the leading center for hands-on hospitality experience in Nairobi.
